1.Processing Time

Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

For custom orders, we will communicate the specific timeline with you during the design and production process.

2.Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with reliable international logistics carriers, including commercial express lines and postal services. Shipping typically takes 7–20 calendar days.

However, delivery times may vary due to remote locations, customs clearance, severe weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons. If you have any questions or concerns while tracking your order, please feel free to reach out to us.

3.Order Tracking

Once your package has been dispatched, we will provide you with tracking information.

Please note that tracking updates usually take 2–5days to appear, as the package must first arrive at our international logistics provider's warehouse.

We deeply value every customer who chooses to trust us. A dedicated team member will monitor the status of every shipment. If any issues arise, we will proactively contact the carrier to resolve them and email you an update so you stay fully informed. You are also welcome to contact us at any point with questions.

 4.Customs, Duties & Taxes

For most countries, all applicable fees are fully included in the total cost at checkout—you will not need to pay any additional charges and can simply wait for your package to arrive.

For a small number of countries or regions where buyers must handle customs clearance and pay taxes themselves, we will notify you via email to confirm your agreement before shipping your order.

 5.Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address or a failed delivery attempt, you may be responsible for paying additional shipping fees to have it resent.

6.Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us promptly for assistance.
