1. What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept return requests for most items within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. To initiate a return, please visit our Return Center. Our customer service representatives will contact you within 1-2 business days.

2. How long will it take to receive my refund after a return?

Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return once it arrives at our warehouse. After the items are inspected and the return is processed, the refund will be credited back to your original payment account.
