At wenwancollector, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your item. 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
•  The item must not be worn, oiled, polished, or otherwise altered
•  The item must be returned in its original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following items:

• Custom or personalized items
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Gift cards
• Items that have been used, worn, or altered

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at wenwancollector@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

 Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees

If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For standard returns (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
